One of the most recognizable songs in history is getting celebrated this year. Celine Dion will perform “My Heart Will Go On,” from the film, Titanic later this month at the Billboard Music Awards.
In 1997, “My Heart Will Go On” peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 along with a variety of other charts. The song won an Oscar and Golden Globe for Best Original Song. It went on to win multiple Grammy Awards as well.
Celine has had a residency at the Colosseum at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace. She has released several albums since her 1997 hit, most recently her 2016’s Encore Un Soir. Last year she won an ICON Award at the Billboard Music Awards where she also covered Queen’s song, “The Show Must Go On.”
