Chris Brown is reportedly a suspect in an assault and battery that occurred at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday morning. 8 News Now reports that according to the police, “Brown is a suspect in the incident that happened at 10:20 a.m. There are no reports on the extent of the injuries or the cause of the incident.” It was also stated that this is not the first incident involving Chris Brown at the resort.
According to TMZ, the alleged victim told them that she was at a private party in Chris Browns suite at the Palms Hotel early Saturday morning, that she sneaked her cell phone into Brown’s suite without security noticing, and when she went to go take a picture of Chris, he yelled at her and punched her once in the right eye.
They also said that the alleged victim whose name is Liziane Gutierrez left the party and called the cops, but was not taken to the hospital.
Chris Brown has previously been charged with felony assault and making criminal threats after a violent altercation with his then girlfriend, singer Rihanna, and has been reported to have had physical fights in the past with singer Frank Ocean, rapper Drake and has even been accused of punching and breaking the nose of a fan in Washington DC, for which he was arrested.
The singers history of violent crime has seen him cancel tours in both Canada and the UK in the past, after the relevant authorities rejected his visa applications.
A rep for Chris told TMZ that the claims of the most recent violent altercation are untrue, though the singer has yet to address the accusations himself.
