Christina Aguilera is the latest artist to announce her very own Las Vegas residency.
The ‘Genie in a Bottle’ singer will be bringing ‘The Xperience’ show to the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. Described as “a multi-sensory escape to a world of magic and total freedom”, there are currently 16 shows scheduled to take place between May 31 and October 5.
Christina paid a visit to The Ellen Show to announce her exciting news. Check out the reveal below where she talks about touring, plans for the residency and more.
In a statement, Christina said: “‘The Xperience’ is going to be my most ambitious show yet. Getting to perform in this adult playground we call Las Vegas is inspiring me to bring forth all of my talents in a mind-blowing theatrical experience – song, dance, visuals and uninterrupted high energy.
“For years I have been collecting ideas and concepts that have yet to be implemented on my stages, and Las Vegas is the perfect opportunity for me to collectively showcase my artistry. I cannot wait to bring you into ‘The Xperience.'”
Jason Gastwirth, president of entertainment at Caesars Entertainment, added: “Christina is a powerhouse artist whose voice and music has transcended generations of fans. We are proud Christina will call Planet Hollywood home and wow audiences in the intimate Zappos Theater.”

Tickets for Christina’s Las Vegas residency go on sale on Saturday (February 2) and will be available through Ticketmaster. Fans can access a presale which begins on Wednesday by signing up to Christina’s website.
American Express customers can also access a presale on Wednesday, whilst Caesars Rewards members, Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers will have their own presale on Thursday.
