Counterfeit have revealed a very animated video for track ‘You Can’t Rely’ and it’s safe to say we love it! Co-directed by J/K (known for working on The Prodigy’s ‘Nasty’) it sees them going on a wild car chase away from some fierce demon creatures with some great special effects being thrown into the mix.
The track taken from debut album Together We Are Stronger focuses upon the darker side which can sometimes take over within a band and even life and the need to rise above it to see the better side of things. Making this lyrical a relatable track yet merged with a video you’ll find hard to stop watching.
Counterfeit have been working hard through substantial time on the live circuit including a European and UK headline tour earlier this year, a vibrant festival season including Reading and Leeds slot. With the next big calendar date supporting Don Broco at Alexandra Palace on Saturday 11th November which will be one to remember.
