With a busy summer of live shows ahead, Craig David has confirmed that new music is on the horizon – he will be releasing his new single ‘When You Know What Love Is’ on May 31.
The track will be Craig’s first lead release since his 2018 album The Time Is Now. Since then, the artist has released collaborations with Yungen and James Hype, in addition to a version of ‘Come Alive’ for The Greatest Showman: Reimagined album.
Speaking about ‘When You Know What Love Is’, Craig said: “It feels amazing to share what I’ve been working on! I can’t wait for you all to hear it! This track came about so naturally and it’s all about the initial undeniable spark you get when something feels right – wanting to hold on to that feeling and seeing how it can develop.”
Fans are able to pre-save the track now on Spotify. To coincide with the release, Craig is running a competition to win a pair of tickets to join him at SW4 Festival, London on August 24, where he will be hosting his very own TS5 stage. The track is also set to feature on a new Love Island compilation album which drops on June 7.
Craig’s TS5 live shows will be in full swing this summer. In addition to curating his own stage at SW4, where he will be performing alongside the likes of Basement Jaxx, Mabel, Big Zuu, Yungen, Nathan Dawe, Jax Jones, Martin Sloveig and Sigma, Craig will be heading back to Ibiza for his fourth season residency. He will be performing at Ibiza Rocks Hotel each Tuesday from July 9 – September 24, bringing artists including DJ Luck and MC Neat, MistaJam, Shy FX and Donae’o for the ride.
Speaking about his forthcoming live shows, Craig said: “I’m excited to be bringing TS5 back to Ibiza for another season and have new rising talent also perform on the TS5 stage at SW4 Festival stage.”
