Dame Helen Mirren, 70, has paid a touching tribute to the late Prince, the Hollywood actress has had a temporary tattoo on her chest.
The tattoo is of Prince’s famous symbol.
Dame Helen’s tribute comes after the legendary singer passed away suddenly last month aged 57.
The Hollywood legend also wore a purple dress as she attended the White House Correspondent’s Dinner, which was a nod to Prince’s massive hit song ‘Purple Rain’.
Speaking to the Washington Post, Mirren said: “I admire great artists and he was a great artist.”
The actress also admitted that she wishes the “tattoo” was real and she had a cooler back-story of how she got it, saying: “I’d love to say that Prince himself did it in 1988 or something, instead of me in the bathroom this morning”.
Dame Helen Mirren was one of many celebrities who attended the White House Correspondent’s Dinner, where US President Barack Obama made fun of himself as he proved he is not too serious to have a laugh.
During the event, Mr Obama poked fun at himself and others as he joked about lots of different events and people including Prince George saying: “Foreign leaders they have been looking ahead, anticipating my departure. Last week, Prince George showed up to our meeting in his bathrobe. That was a slap in the face. A clear breach of protocol.”
After his speech the US president received a standing ovation from guests as he dropped his mic and walked out.
