Debby Ryan, who is known for her role as Jessie Prescott in Disney’s Jessie and Bailey Pickett in Disney’s The Suit Life on Deck was reportedly arrested according to TMZ!
According to the TMZ report, the 22 year old was driving around L.A last week before crashing into another car, where the other driver claimed injury.
When law enforcement came to the scene it’s said that Debby failed a field sobriety test, but it was bumped down to a misdemeanour as she blew a .11, just a little over the legal limit which is .08 and the injuries to the other driver where minor.
The 22 year old is said to be released from jail on a $100k bail and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.
Debby who took to twitter to apologise for her actions,
“Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement. I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone.” – Debby Ryan
What Debby did was irresponsible but thankfully the other driver only suffered minor injuries and Debby has thought about her action’s and learned from this experience which we’re glad to see.
