As some may remember, the singer had a documentary titled, Demi Lovato: Stay Strong which was released in 2012.  This documentary followed Demi as she went back to visit the rehab center where she was treated.  She opened up about her life after she was treated for an eating disorder.

The singer’s new documentary, I Am: Demi Lovato will air later this fall on YouTube.  The video-sharing website has described Demi as a “singer, writer, [and] humanitarian.”

The documentary will follow the singer as she records her upcoming album.  She described the project saying, “I’m looking forward to bringing my fans on this journey of continued growth and self-discovery in both my music and my personal experiences.”

YouTube has also announced that the pop star will host Best.Cover.Ever alongside rapper Ludacris. The show is a singing competition produced by Ryan Seacrest and will feature the Backstreet Boys and Jason Derulo. Check out more about the singing competition for emerging artists.
