Over the weekend, Cheat Codes premiered a never-before-heard song which included an unidentified female artist. Pop fans quickly speculated that the familiar vocals on the track belong to Demi Lovato. We can now confirm that those assumptions are completely accurate.

The songstress took to Instagram on Monday to post the cover art for the upcoming dance-friendly single, captioning “No Promises” and tagging the electronic music trio.

Cheat Codes followed up with a post themselves on Twitter, confirming the collaboration. They have been teasing the announcement since last week.

“No Promises” is bound to be a radio hit for the DJs and powerhouse artist, who are looking to follow the success of other EDM and pop pairings.

Lovato coos the lyrics “I just want to dive in the water with you / Baby, we can’t see the bottom / It’s so easy to fall for each other / I’m just hoping we catch one another” in the track’s 20 second preview clip below posted by Billboard.

Lovato is currently working on a follow-up album to 2015’s Confident.

“I’m in the studio now. The progression from here is basically just keep doing what I’m doing, just grow with my music,” she shared on the red carpet prior to this year’s Grammy Awards where Confident was up for Best Pop Vocal Album.

“I’m going to try new things. New sounds. I’m going for a more soulful vibe rather than focusing on pop music and hopefully that’ll be more authentic to myself and I can’t wait to see what comes out of it,” she added.

“No Promises” is slated to drop this Friday, March 31.
