It’s been a while since we’ve heard from DNCE, but fear not as everyone’s favourite funky foursome have just revealed that they will be teaming up with producer duo Merk & Kremont for a new single called, “Hands Up,” which is sure to set the charts alight once it drops on Friday.
Yes you read that right… “Hands Up,” will be released in just three days, and we seriously can’t wait!
Italian DJ and producer duo Merk & Kremont first confirmed the collaboration last week with a post on their official Facebook page which very quickly sent their fans and DNCE’s fans into a meltdown.
“We worked on this record for more than a year but it’s finally ready. We wanted to make a song that would express our deepest soul… We’re so excited about the outcome and we are also happy to say that we have a huge featured artist on board, DNCE.” The pair wrote.
Their post was then followed up with DNCE’s own with the four-piece taking to Twitter to encourage their fans to pre-save the track on Spotify ahead of its upcoming release on 6th April.

We think it sounds like a future hit and with the winning combination of Merk & Kremont’s producing skills and DNCE’s undeniable funk, “Hands Up,” is sure to be a groovy, toe-tapping smash that we are going to have on repeat throughout the whole of spring.
And summer.
And possibly all throughout winter too.
We’re so excited to hear, “Hands Up,” and after being in the making for over a year, we already know that it is going to sound amazing and we can’t wait to dnce along to it… See what we did there?
While we go and wallow in serious shame over the pun we just made, we recommend that you head over to Spotify and pre-save, “Hands Up,” right now. We have a feeling you’re not going to regret it.
