Justin Bieber had an extraordinary night at the 2015 MTV EMA in Milan, taking home a staggering FIVE awards.
Kicking off his evening winning the Best Male award early in the night Bieber told the crowd “it’s been a long couple of years… It’s pretty awesome to be recognised for my music once again”.
After performing his number 1 single ‘What Do You Mean?’, the EMA’s kept coming as he won awards for Best Look, Best Collaboration (with Skrillex and Diplo), Worldwide Act – North America, and Biggest Fans.
Elsewhere, host Ed Sheeran picked up Best Live and Best World Stage, Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ was declared Best Song, and Rihanna was named Best Female.
With Best Pop being given to One Direction, Best Hip Hop to Nicki Minaj and Best Alternative to Lana Del Rey, Coldplay managed to snatch up Best Rock, and created admiration with the crowd.
