Fans of One Direction are approaching two years since the announcement of their hiatus. The band decided to take some well-deserved time off to pursue solo interests and just slow down and enjoy life. So far, we’ve had solo debuts from Harry, Niall, and Louis, and they’ve been incredible. Zayn’s solo single came after he left One Direction in March of 2015, and he’s since put out an entire album.
Music is something that will always be a common thread between the guys, it’s what makes them who they are. For the foreseeable future, the guys will continue to put out solo music, with Liam’s debut just on the horizon. It seems weird to think that it’s been a long time since we’ve heard them as a band, and even longer since we’ve heard them as a five piece.
Eminik decided to do something about that with a mashup of the debut singles so far, and we love it. The songs blend together well and it’s nice to hear their voices together again – in a way. In this mix, fans get to hear Louis’ ‘Just Hold On’, Niall’s ‘This Town’, Harry’s ‘Sign of the Times’, and Zayn’s ‘Pillowtalk’.
This isn’t the first mashup or remix Eminik has done with music from One Direction either, if you check out his YouTube you’ll see more videos and it’s clear that he’s got an eye (or an ear in this case) for blending music together beautifully.
