Foursome, a romantic comedic web series with entertaining twists and turns, is one of the best shows to watch on the internet. CelebMix was lucky enough to speak to Jenn McAllister, the star of the widely watched web series which will be airing its season two finale episode on February 1st.

Tell us about the series and how it came about.

Foursome is a show on YouTube Red about a group of four best friends who together face all the challenges that come with growing up and being in high school. For me, the project came about when I got an audition for Andie. I auditioned and got the part, it was as simple as that!

What’s your favorite aspect of the show?

My favorite aspect of the show is definitely the writing – I love the comedy and the way the show talks about real issues and real topics that high schoolers deal with that no other high school shows talk about.

What do you have in store for us in Season Two?

Season 2 starts off with a new and improved Andie. She’s over Josh, over her brother bossing her around, and ready to take on the new semester with newfound confidence. In season 2, you can expect a lot more drama involving the foursome, breakups, hookups, and a new transfer student.

Which direction would you love the show to go in? Either for your character or the entirety of the show.

I really love the direction the writers took the show this season – you’ll just have to watch and find out what exactly that means!

Anything you want fans of Foursome to know?

I want fans of the show to know how hard we worked on this season! We worked super long days and are all so proud of what we accomplished. We simply just can’t wait for everyone to see what we made together.

Here is a preview for the finale episode.
