Since finding a love of performing at the young age of just two-and-a-half years old, AMIR has lived and breathed music. When he was a child he taught himself to play the guitar, using his brothers guitar The talented musician can also play the piano and drums.
AMIR was born in North London, to a father hailing from Punjab, India, and a Mother from the Midlands. The multi-talented rising star realised his love of music at a young age, for him it wasn’t just a passion it was whole life.
He has recently returned from several months writing in America and Europe with some top award winning producers including, Peter and Daniel (Matoma, Galatis, DFA), and Patrick Patrikios (Little Mix) and he now feels ready to showcase his immense talents to the world.
AMIR will be releasing his debut single ‘No-One Else’ later this year but before that he has shared a cover of Niall Horan’s massive hit solo single ‘Slow Hands’. You can listen to AMIR’s take on the folk/pop hit right here before anyone else as we bring you the exclusive premiere:
