Rising star Mia LJ has returned with a vulnerable and poignant new single ‘Breathe’. The track exposes her vulnerability, and sucks in listeners with an ethereal chorus, disarming lyrics and a slowed-down rhythm. Doting about the uncertainty of youth, Mia proclaims “we’re young and free..let go, just breathe”.
Speaking about the new single, Mia LJ elaborates about her view of the industry, saying: “I want people to realize my everlasting and overwhelming hunger for more. My favorite words are ‘DON’T STOP.’ I say this everyday in conversation, on social media, in interviews, when talking about the grind, support from the real ones (fans), and even in sensual circumstances. I have a very addictive personality, so if I like something my desire for it is never ending.”
‘Breathe’ is the third single to be lifted off her from her upcoming debut album ‘This Livin’, which is the follow up to Mia’s critically acclaimed debut EP ‘These Are The Years’ which she recorded and released independently.
