Betty Moon is an exciting, fast rising talent who manages to effortlessly blend unique elements of pop, rock and even a touch of classic electronic (think Depeche Mode etc) into her eclectic sound. The artist spent the majority of her early career in her hometown of Toronto before moving to Los Angeles a few years back to further pursue music.
And this Friday (November 9th) Betty returns with her brand new single titled ‘Waste Your Time’. Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Moon says: “Waste Your Time” is totally a song open to your own interpretation. My take is sometimes you put your heart and effort into something before you take a step back and do a little soul searching, realizing that days, weeks or even years have passed and you could have been doing something…better suited to this limited time in life. If you have a choice to make, ensure its one you’ll be happy with at the end of the day.
