STEELE are a Swedish collective who are the creative lovechild between producers Charles Elmi & Dejan Sajinovic and vocalist/artist STEELE herself. They are currently gearing up for the release of their new album which will be released soon via Firegate Music.
Their musical influences range from the likes of Portishead, Massive Attack, Björk and Pink Floyd and they combine elements of dark pop, post rock and trip-hop throughout their music. The band have so far released 2 EP’s which have garnered 5M streams to date.
And as they prepare for the release of their forthcoming studio LP they have released their brand new single titled ‘Know Her’. Speaking about the new track, STEELE say; “Know Her is kind of the roar that comes after being dormant for a long time. It can be breaking free from a poisonous relationship or finally having the courage to take a step toward something you’ve been wanting to do forever. It’s about female power!”
