If you’re looking for a brand new artist to provide the soundtrack to your summer, then look no further then Trevis.
Born in Oslo, Trevis is the 19-year-old Norwegian pop newcomer who is set to make huge waves with his music. The singer’s musical journey began from a young age, with Trevis taking inspiration from an array of musical genres which he experienced after travelling to over 100 countries with his family.
By the age of 11, Trevis had started to produce, write music, play instruments, sing, dance and rap. Keen to further hone his craft, he spent three years as an exchange student in Los Angeles. During this time, he threw himself into the capital’s sensational culture and has since been working with numerous producers, songwriters, and choreographers.
After releasing a string of singles since November 2017, Trevis is now ready to shake up the UK market with his latest track ‘Way You Do It’, which was released last month. Today we’re delighted to be bringing you the exclusive premiere of the song’s accompanying music video.
Trevis worked on ‘Way You Do It’ with Harmony ‘H-Money’ Samuels and Edgar ‘JV The Producer’ Etienne, and the outcome is a fun, vibrant offering which deserves to be played full blast at any summer party.
The video itself will also give you all the summer feels. Directed by Isaac Yowman, the visual sees Trevis hosting the ultimate party pool party, and to be honest we’re wondering where our invite was?!
Speaking about the video, Trevis said: “The concept for this video was to have as many people from different backgrounds, all having a good time, turning up together for a sick pool-party. I feel we definitely captured a good summer vibe, just like the song… and I like the way that it turned out…baby. :)”
