British pop rock band The Scheme are counting down the days until the release of their new EP ‘Jerome Heights’.
As a part of the countdown, the three-piece, consisting of Kris James, Kyle Carpenter and Aleksey Lopez, are releasing a brand new music video for their song ‘Somebody Else’s Perfect’. ‘Somebody Else’s Perfect’ delivers an important message of empowerment. The Scheme encourages listeners to embrace their individuality and realise their own self-worth. “You are already perfect so there is no need to change yourself or wish you were different to fit in with somebody else’s view,” says Kris of the philosophy behind the song.
Earlier this month, The Scheme announced that they will be joining Union J on their UK tour starting in 2017. They also recently hooked up for a partnership with the Smiley brand who are the people behind the much-loved smiley face logo, which has been a familiar image for more than 40 years. In doing so, they follow in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, and Katy Perry.
