McFly are an English boyband formed in 2003. It’s members include Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd. With 5 albums under their belt, countless sold out tours and a plethora of fans and followers; its clear to see that McFly are still a class act. We spoke to some of their fans asking why they loved them so much and here’s what they said:

They make music because they love it and not just because its a career choice and they need the money, that’s what makes them so down to earth and likeable. Their music also has meaningful lyrics and I love just sitting and listening to the lyrics of their songs. They honestly mean everything to me!”
@LaurenAmeliia // Twitter: McFly are the most down to earth band I know, they care so much about their fans and go out to see as many people waiting to meet them as possible, as long as it’s safe. The Anthology Tour was such an amazing way to come back after McBusted. To perform all of your albums live over the space of a few nights, for thousands of fans, in intimate venues is so special and an amazing way to say thank you for all the support. Even though I couldn’t go myself, the reviews I got from fans were so positive saying that they were probably of the best set of shows they’d been to.

I think their personalities are great too, they have such an intimacy with fans with their constant posting on social media and through videos of them being goofballs on YouTube. They’re amazing. :)”

They have been through so much together for all of the 13 years of being a band and they never fail to show their support to each other in whatever they choose to do in their individual life. Music wise (and in everything else actually), McFly is, has always been, and I’m sure will always be real, honest and bold. They create their own music and really have so much fun playing live. They are willing to make musical and business decisions that might seem radical at times. That takes great courage in my opinion. I could honestly talk about them all day.”

McFly are absolutely everything to me even though I may not talk about them all of the time anymore, I actually owe them everything. Listening to them and seeing them live is actually my happy place and I have nothing but good memories with them. I can’t thank them enough. McFly are just one of the bands that always put a smile on my face and I love them so much. I can’t even explain how happy it makes me knowing that theyre back and McFly again. I’m so proud to say I’ve been here since the start – since I was five years old and I have never looked back since. They are such a good laugh and just such an amazing band. I love McFly, it’s as simple as that.”
