Recently Fifth Harmony did a photoshoot for the magazine Teen Vogue, where they talked girl power, beauty, and kept it simple with their photoshoot.

Normani talks about how she likes her lips now, as when she was younger she always wondered why her lips were bigger than the other girls she would see around. She goes on to say how she finds it great to have each other (the girls of fifth harmony) when asked about life on the road. Normani also goes on to say how she would like to inspire young WOC girls and WOC boys that they can do what ever they want despite their skin colour — beautiful Normani, truly beautiful —

Lauren talks about how she likes the natural look, that she doesn’t like getting her make up and hair done or doing it herself. Lauren also goes on to say that her mother is someone she finds beautiful, inside and out. She also goes on to say that beauty comes from within and that if you’re beautiful on the inside people will instantly see that you’re beautiful on the outside — her way with words, we can’t deal —

Ally talks about how beauty has so many definitions and that its all about you, and being okay with that, and looking at yourself and saying This is me, this is how god crated me and I’m going to love myself. Ally then goes on to say how she loves her mother despite her mother have severe scoliosis she still takes care of Ally’s family , which she finds beautiful. She also goes on to say how if she see’s one of her girls — Fifth Harmony — upset she’ll comfort them and talk to them. She also talks about how hard it is for them — Fifth Harmony — to be in the spotlight with the media talking about how they look.

Camila talks about how she feels most beautiful when she makes someone feels good about themselves she feels good about herself. She also says that beauty is about creating a life for yourself that you’re passionate about and being kind to others. She also goes on to say how they keep each others spirits up when one of them is down from reading something on twitter or just having a really bad day. Hey you’re a lot worth more than what this person that doesn’t know you is saying online — hey I know you’re away from your family but you’re going to see them soon and heres a hug to make you feel more at home. — touching truly touching.–

Dinah talks about how it took her a long time to realise what beauty is and that she wanted to be the girl from the magazines but how true beauty is what is within. She also goes onto explain how she used to use her hair to hide her face but now enjoys doing her hair since she has a lot of it.
