Five underappreciated Twenty One Pilots songs

Twenty One Pilots, an American duo made up of Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph, have a lot of songs which they have released. The only problem with having so many songs are that it means some amazing ones are sadly forgotten about. Due to this, we decided that we would put together a list of songs by the band which are stunning but forgotten and underestimated. So, here you go!

5. Message Man

Message Man one of the last songs featured on the album Blurryface, and well, it’s definitely one wish we love! The tune hints at a slight reggae beat and contains a lot of bass and heavy drums, all topped off by Tylers rapping and chanting. This song is loved, yet unheard to many people due to the deep and meaningful lyrics.

4. Forest

Forest is one of four bonus tracks off of the boys album Vessel and the song that tops off the whole album. The song, without a doubt, will get you singing along with repeated catchy lines such as ‘ I scream, you scream, we all scream ’cause we’re terrified’. Tyler’s rap in this is quick, deep and really gets you thinking.

3. March To The Sea

March To The Sea is the sixth song on the album Twenty One Pilots (released 2009) and deserves so much more credit. The song starts slowly but gradually works up to an amazing sound of Tyler singing and drums hitting passionately in the background.

2. Goner

Goner is the last song on the boys latest album Blurryface and is a fantastic song which really shows off Tyler’s vocals. The song starts gently with a soft piano melody and the in come the vocals. It continues peacefully and calm until it slowly fades out whilst Tyler sings ‘Don’t let me be gone’ repeatedly. Then, just when you think it’s over, Tyler sings at the top of his lungs and Josh comes in bashing away at the drums. This song is a great one for whatever you feel, happy, sad, it can always help.

1.Before You Start Your Day

Before You Start Your Day is the penultimate track on the bands first album, Twenty One Pilots. The song contains a peaceful piano tune which is accompanied by Tyler’s soft, relaxing voice. This is definitely one of the most underestimated songs and should be heard and talked about way more often! The lyrics in the song are true genius and put across in an incredible way.

So, there you have it, five Twenty One Pilots songs which are truly amazing but under-appreciated. There are so many but we couldn’t fit them all in.
