Gary Barlow has been in middle aged women’s hearts for more than 20 years now, and we stumbled across this brilliant video of Gary performing his greatest, and favourite, hits during his last solo tour. The video, taken from Gary’s ‘Since You Saw Him Last’ DVD that covered the Since I Saw You Last tour, is jam packed with stripped back versions of some of Gary’s top hits, as well as some old Take That favourites.
The 45 year old shot to fame in 1992 after joining British band Take That and has been performing ever since. He was also an X Factor UK judge in 2011 and 2012, replacing the show’s creator Simon Cowell, where he gained a massive following from the British public, as well as a few trolls.
Currently, Gary has two plays that use his music, Finding Neverland on Broadway and The Girls in his home town of Manchester. It has also been rumoured that TT5 (the original Take That line-up consisting of Robbie Williams, Mark Owen, Jason Orange, Howard Donald and Gary himself) will reunite this year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their first ever album, Take That and Party. It is still rumoured, however, but Robbie has expressed a lot of excitement towards the idea after his departure from the band in 2011. It is still unknown whether fifth member Jason Orange, who left the band in 2014, will want to be part of the reunion that comes 6 years after the release of number one album Progress that saw the five reunite for the first time in 15 years after Robbie left the band in 1995.
