Gavin DeGraw has just announced a UK and European tour which will take place this spring. The tour is described as being an ‘Acoustic Night with Gavin Degraw’ on his website.
Gavin announced the news on his Twitter page with the following tweet:

The tour is set to kick off in Sweden in April and will visit several European Countries including Denmark, Germany, and Italy. It will also visit the UK, France, Belgium and Switzerland. Finally, it will finish in Spain on 23 May.
