It is with a heavy heart that we report George Shelley’s younger sister Harriet has sadly passed away after being hit by a car last week.
The 21-year-old had been in intensive care after suffering severe brain injuries which were sustained during an accident which saw Harriet being hit by a car on April 28th in her hometown of Bristol.
Her loving mother Toni Shelley had been at the girl’s bedside since the accident and had said that her daughter had been “in the wrong place at the wrong time”. Toni who hails from Clevedon, Somerset had also confirmed that nobody was to blame for the devastating incident and that the dedicated hospital staff had worked 24/7 to save Harriet. She had previously spoken to the Sun saying; “Everybody at Southmead Hospital has been amazing, they have been working “24/7” to make sure she is alright”.
A close famly friend has confirmed the tragic news of Harriet’s tragic and untimely passing, to The Sun Online on Saturday.
