Glastonbury 2016 Tickets: How to Get Them

It is almost time, once again, for the rush to secure tickets to one of the worlds biggest music festivals. Yes the sale for Glastonbury 2016 tickets is upon us and with standard tickets going on sale this Sunday, we here at CelebMix thought it would be a good idea to give some tips on how to boost your chances of attending the UK’s biggest gathering of musical celebrities.

Get Registered – This is perhaps the most important as you can’t even attempt to purchase tickets if you haven’t registered through Glastonbury’s official site. You just need to put in a few details and a passport style photo. You can register by clicking the link below, but hurry, registration closes on the 29th of September!

Be Ready – Tickets go on sale at 9am on Sunday the 4th of October. So it’s probably a good idea to get up nice and early to make sure you’re ready the second they go on sale. Tickets are not held whilst you enter your bank card and registration details so have all the numbers in front of you. Last years tickets told out in just a few hours so don’t hang about!

Don’t Give Up – You might not get tickets right away but don’t leave! Being persistent often pays off. Don’t give up after 15 minutes, stick around and you might end up getting some. Organizers of Glastonbury said “The longer you try, the more likely you are to get a ticket, so don’t give up after the first half an hour,”.

Tickets for Glastonbury will cost £228 plus a £5 booking fee. If you want to buy a coach package they go on sale thursday, October 1st. Good Luck!
