US actor Alex Rocco, known for his role in The Godfather, has died aged 79.
The star, who played casino owner Moe Green in the iconic 1972 mobster film, passed away on Saturday in Los Angeles, it has been confirmed.
His daughter Jennifer Rocco informed fans with a tribute poem on Facebook.
