Ashley Nicolette Frangipane (better known as Halsey) has recently cancelled her gig opening for The Weekend’s The Madness Tour in Tampa, FL for December 17 due to health problems announced on Twitter.
The 20 year old singer and songwriter left a message to her fans on Twitter December 16. via @halsey saying, “I am currently in the hospital and it is necessary that I stay overnight. I am hoping to be better by my show in Tampa tomorrow. I have been known to push through health concerns and perform anyway, but this is very serious. Please bear with me while I recover.”
Just about 4 hours later, Halsey’s manager Anthony Li wrote on her Twitter account saying, “This is Anthony. On doctor’s orders, Ash is absolutely not well enough to perform in Tampa tomorrow. Thank you for understanding.”
There are no specific details on the health problems Halsey is facing so far, but that didn’t stop her fans from sending her love and telling her that they hope she gets better soon.
