Fifth Harmony & Little Mix: Bringing Female Empowerment And Light To Worldwide Charts

It’s the ringing of success in all our ears and why do you we say that? Because girl groups Fifth Harmony & Little Mix are bringing female empowerment and LIGHT to worldwide charts (and just in general, THE WORLD).

People seem to always underestimate girl groups, and having two POWERFUL groups in Fifth Harmony and Little Mix shows how much of an impact these women have made. Just know, Fifth Harmony have broken a grand ol’ record!

And what is that record? Well, being the first girl group THIS DECADE to have a top ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart! Their song ‘Work From Home’ has also been certified platinum in the U.S. for selling 1,000,000+ copies and is on its way to double platinum certification!

You also can’t forget Little Mix, who broke a record with their Get Weird album by being the only girl group to have three consecutive top 13 albums on the Billboard 200 chart as well as breaking a Spice Girls record with their debut album, DNA.

We’re so proud of all the accomplishments these women are making because it’s kind of like a hit to the head for other negative people and their mantra of “women can’t work together” because THAT is one false statement.

Look at groups like these who are breaking music industry standards and ridding the negative stigma of girls not being able to work with each other. Women can and HAVE for centuries worked together in perfect harmony, and while there have been moments of heated discussion, we have to remember that we all aren’t perfect and disagreements in opinion don’t mean it’s the end of the world.

A big congratulations to you Ally, Dinah, Lauren, Camila, and Normani on a new billboard breaking record. And of course Jesy, Leigh-Anne, Jade and Perrie from Little Mix. We hope to continue to see you girls’ growth and musical development over the years and remember: KEEP. ON. SUCCEEDING.

We’re gonna go ahead and drop this amazing remix of ‘Salute’ and ‘Bo$$’. BAM!

Don’t let those pesky media outlets and unknown, unmasked online critics deter you from your mission on being international chart topping, pop girl groups. Oh wait, well you lot already are so, kudos to you beautiful girls!

Show the world what they’ve been missing! With much love from the CelebMix team!

Make sure to tag us on Twitter @CelebMix and let us know what you think about having TWO billboard breaking girl groups. Who says you can’t have more than one girl group existing? We need more of them anyway!
