Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson hug on stage at the last OTRA show

The day has finally come… One Direction’s On The Road Again tour is over! To make it even more special, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson hugged on stage in front of thousands of fans. Whether you are a Larry shipper or if you believe they are just friends, I think I speak for most of the fans when I say that it was a pretty nice thing to see.

The reason why a simple hug makes a lot of people so happy is because recently it was reported by The Sun that Harry and Louis pretty much hate each other – ‘The biggest issues in the band can be traced back over three years to an irreconcilable falling-out between their two most influential members, heart-throb Harry and highly-ambitious Louis.’ Even though most of the fans know that’s not true, no one wants to hear that two members of their favorite band hate each other! Especially when it’s clear that all the boys of One Direction care so deeply for one another.

In my opinion, I believe that Harry and Louis hugged on stage because obviously it was One Direction’s last OTRA show, but also to prove to people that things are okay with them and there is nothing to worry about. Niall even took to Twitter a couple of days ago to tell everyone not to believe everything they read. He said: ‘Don’t believe anything you are reading. We stand strong as a band and we’re brothers, can’t wait for you to hear what we’ve been working on.’

Yes it’s sad that One Direction’s On The Road Again tour is over, but I think the fans have a lot of good things to look forward to! There were a lot of ups and downs since the beginning of the tour, but the boys and the fans have made it through and are stronger than ever. I think that proves to the world that absolutely no one and nothing can drag them down!
