After weeks of rumours, ITV have today confirmed the starting line up for this years series of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
This years batch of camp mates include Olympians, footballers, TV Stars and Comedians.
Star of Gavin and Stacey and Eastenders Larry Lamb will join Scarlet Moffatt from Gogglebox, Comedian Joel Dommett, Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo, and Olympic Hockey Player Sam Queck.
Lisa Snowdon, the British Model who stepped down from her role as co-host on Capital FM London’s Breakfast Show earlier this year, and was later replaced by last years I’m a Celebrity runner up and ex-Union J star George Shelley, is also entering the jungle, alongside ex-Countdown and Loose Women host Carol Vorderman, footballer Wayne Bridge, and Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas. The line-up is rounded off by Ex-Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan.
Beside from the ten campmates in the starting line up, at least one late arrival should be expected. Last year two of the three late arrivals made it to the final, with Ferne McCann coming in third place, and fellow late arrival Vicky Pattison winning the title of Queen of the Jungle. One of those late arrivals could be comedian Danny Baker, who was part of this years rumoured line up, but noticeably absent from the official announcement. The star joked on Twitter that he did have talks with producers, but they backed out when he insisted his single luxury item should be a case of wine, though he did also confirm he was currently in Australia, where the show is filmed.
The show, hosted by Ant and Dec, returns to screens this Sunday.
