Indie rock band Island Apollo has released their new single on Soundcloud titled “Hold It Down.”
Produced by Eric Lilavois (Saint Motel, Atlas Genius), the new single is incredibly addicting and combines a classic surf vibe with funky urban grooves to give Island Apollo its unique sound.

Their music is heavily influenced by the West Coast, as their members are from Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. With every song they release, they remain true to their Southern Californian roots.
The band is definitely one to look out for, as they have already been featured on notable networks such as Vh1, CBS, Fox Sports, PBS, TeenNick, and the USA Network, as well as in national ads for Sprint and Sobe.
Island Apollo has also been named Orange County’s “Best Pop Artist” from the OC Music Awards and had a song featured in a commercial with 2017 Sports Illustrated cover model Kate Upton.
With the release of their new single, “Hold It Down,” they can only continue to rise in popularity.
