The show takes place in New York City and follows the lives of teenagers going through their high school careers and moving onto college along with dealing with family, friendship and relationship issues. “Gossip Girl” is a website that everyone on the Upper East Side, along with others throughout NYC, go to for all the news with gossip and normally, it’s all about Serena van der Woodsen, Blair Waldorf, Chuck Bass, Nate Archibald, and Dan and Jenny Humphrey along with their family members and friends. There is nothing that Gossip Girl doesn’t know; she finds out secrets that people can send in, or “she” finds out herself.

L to R: Chase Crawford as Nate Archibald, Blake Lively as Serena van der Woodsen, Ed Westwick as Chuck Bass, Leighton Meester as Blaire Waldorf, Penn Badgley as Dan Humphrey, and Taylor Momsen as Jenny Humphrey

Over the 6 seasons, viewers got to fall in love with each of the characters and follow the mystery to figure out who Gossip Girl was. The show features A-list celebrities such as Blake Lively, Chase Crawford, Leighton Meester, and more.

Obviously, another important factor of the show was the style.

The show came to an end in 2012, which revealed who was behind Gossip Girl. We won’t spoil it for you but it was definitely unexpected. Each season is filled with so much drama that it’s sometimes hard to keep up!

If you haven’t watched the show, don’t worry! Gossip Girl is available on Netflix.

    XOXO, Gossip Girl.

Have you ever watched the show? If you have, did you like how it ended? If you haven’t watched the show, will you start? It’s never too late! Let us know your thoughts on Twitter using @CelebMix.
