ITV has officially confirmed the start date for the highly anticipated return of Big Brother. The original reality TV sensation will make its comeback on Sunday, 6th October at 9 pm, airing on ITV2 and ITVX.

Hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, Big Brother: Live Launch will introduce a new group of housemates as they step into the nation’s most iconic house, which has undergone a stylish transformation for the new series. Fans can expect all the classic Big Brother elements: gripping nominations, elaborate tasks, live evictions, and plenty of unexpected twists and turns.

Once again, the power is in the public’s hands, as viewers will vote throughout the series to decide who walks away with a life-changing cash prize. Who will win? You decide.

Adding to the excitement, Big Brother: Late & Live returns to ITV2 and ITVX, offering exclusive behind-the-scenes action, lively discussions, and debates with a star-studded panel of celebrity guests. It remains the only place to watch the first live interviews with evictees, hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best.

Moreover, the beloved Big Brother: Live Stream is also back, airing seven nights a week on ITVX. This gives fans the chance to catch all the live, unfiltered action from the house long after the main show has ended.

Since making its triumphant return to our screens last year, Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother have proven to be a huge hit on ITV and ITVX. The series, along with its iconic live stream and Late & Live companion show, has been streamed an impressive 70 million times.

Big Brother is commissioned for ITV2 and ITVX by Paul Mortimer, Director of Reality Commissioning & Acquisitions and Controller, ITV2 and ITVBe, alongside Peter Tierney, Commissioning Editor, Reality. The show’s return was secured by entertainment and format producers Natalka Znak and Claire O’Donohoe for Initial (part of the Banijay Group), under the supervision of Initial’s Managing Director Katy Manley and Creative Director Tamsin Dodgson.
