Global music superstar JADE is back with her pulsating new single ‘Plastic Box’, out today!
The electro synth-pop banger, written by JADE alongside GRADES and Lauren Aquilina, and co-produced by Oscar Görres, dives into the raw emotions of jealousy and irrational insecurity.
JADE describes it as:
“Plastic Box is about that irrational and toxic insecurity within us when we think about our partner’s previous relationships, even though we know everyone has a past. It’s a happy-sad pop song and one of my favourite songs I’ve ever written.”

From ‘THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY!’ to Sold-Out Tours
‘Plastic Box’ is the latest taste of JADE’s highly anticipated debut solo album, ‘THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY!’, set for release on September 12th, 2025.
The album features collaborations with heavyweights like Mike Sabath, Lostboy, Cirkut, RAYE, and Pablo Bowman. JADE’s first solo UK and Ireland tour, ‘THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY! – THE TOUR’, is already completely sold out, with stops in Dublin, Belfast, Brighton, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Newcastle, and a grand finale at London’s iconic Roundhouse in October and November.
JADE has skyrocketed to 190 million streams for her solo music in just 10 months. Fresh off triumphant performances at Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Mighty Hoopla, where ‘Plastic Box’ earned thunderous reactions, JADE continues to dominate. ‘Angel Of My Dreams’ has been a global smash, racking up 100 million streams, peaking at No.7 on the UK Official Singles Chart, and trending at No.1 on YouTube for 10 days with 13 million views. Named No.1 song of 2024 by DIY Magazine and a Top 10 song by The Guardian, DORK, Clash, and NME, its video was crowned Video of the Year by Dazed.
JADE followed up with four more hits: the sultry ‘Midnight Cowboy’, disco-infused ‘Fantasy’ (with a video by David LaChapelle), bold anthem ‘IT girl’, and electrifying ‘FUFN’.
