It seems that Music Mogul Jay Z has his eye on Harry Styles and thinks his star talent could make him the biggest artist in the world.
News began to surface Sunday that Jay Z recently spoke with The Daily Star about a series of ideas he has in mind should Styles ever want to work with him.
“Harry doesn’t need any help with exposure, everybody in the world knows who he is,” he reportedly told The Daily Star Sunday.
“But he does need to make the transition from being part of a group to becoming an individual artist.”
While some have already said they don’t believe Harry would work with Roc Nation after Rita Ora’s recent troubles, that speculation didn’t stop Jay Z from being pretty forward about wanting to make 2016 the biggest year of Harry’s life.
“I would love to sign Harry. Simon is going to want to carry on working with him, of course. But we could do a joint venture – we both have big qualities we can bring to the table.”
“I can get him working with the bigger artists, the biggest producers – and have him as the biggest artist within a year.”
We wrote about Harry recently being listed as the performer of four songs registered through ASCAP – which makes the speculation about Harry releasing solo material seem even more founded.
Now seems like a great time for fans of Harry, Louis, Niall, and Liam to take a deep breath, trust in what the boys promised (their come back after a bit of time off from their grueling schedules and lack of a relaxed personal life) and embrace the new, fun projects they’ll get in the mean time.
