    K. Flay announces The Solutions Tour, beginning with a run of North American, U.K. and European dates accompanying the upcoming release of her third studio full-length album, Solutions.

Solutions follows K.Flay’s debut album Every Where Is Some Where, which was nominated for “Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical” and “Best Rock Song” for “Blood in the Cut” at the 2018 GRAMMY Awards. Solutions will be released on July 12 and it’s currently available for pre-order here.

Explaining the inspirations behind the 10 tracks on Solutions, K. Flay said: “When I got home from tour, I was in a dark place,” she admits. “Eventually, I made a decision to focus on the things that actually make me happy: walking around my neighborhood, drawing in notebooks with markers, talking to my mom on the phone. I looked back when I had fun just by making music. I reconnected with that spirit and stopped taking s–t so seriously.”

The Solutions Tour kicks off with a 19-city run of North American dates on September 3 in Phoenix, AZ before traveling to the cities including San Diego, Vancouver, Seattle, Chicago, Toronto, and New York then concluding on October 12 in Denver, CO. If you’d like to see K. Flay live before the upcoming tour, see her perform at this year’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival and LOVELOUD Festival.

Along with the previous announcements, K. Flay released the third track on the album “This Baby Don’t Cry.” The track was co-penned with Imagine Dragons member Dan Reynolds to provide a track built on an engaging array of percussion, lyrics, and delivery. In the song, it’s evident that she’s tired of caring about what other people think about her and has decided to stop caring. The combination of guitar and bass as the song progresses makes this a fun listen, and overall the perfect track to blast on your IDGAF days.
