Girl group KATSEYE have unveiled the visualiser for their latest track ‘Unloveu’, now available digitally and taken from their WILD EP.
Written and produced by the group’s Lara Raj alongside acclaimed songwriters Ross Golan and Amy Allen, ‘Unloveu’ is very much a departure from the band’s trademark sound. The track traces the gradual process of moving through hurt and recognising that feelings that once seemed impossible to escape have finally begun to fade.
Revealing a softer, more mature dimension of their sound, ‘Unloveu’ is a stirring ballad which is one of the group’s most emotionally reflective moments to date. The track also marks the the first time a KATSEYE member has contributed to the group’s songwriting and production.
A stunning black and white visualiser for ‘Unloveu’ has also been released, allowing the girls to showcase a deeper side to their music and visuals.
KATSEYE – ‘Unloveu’ visualiser
‘Unloveu’ is taken from the group’s latest EP, WILD, which topped the US Billboard 200 Album Chart earlier this year. The EP also includes the smash singles ‘Pinky Up’, ‘Animal’, and ‘Hootie Frutti’.
KATSEYE are currently in the middle of their WILDWORLD arena tour. Having toured across the UK and Europe in September, the group kicked off the North American leg of their tour last night (October 13) in Miami. They will be stopping in cities including Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas, and LA throughout October and November, culminating with two shows in Mexico City.
The group, made up of Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Manon Bannerman, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza, and Yoonchae Jeung, are currently performing as a four-piece, with Manon and Sophia on hiatus. HYBE x Geffen announced that Sophia will resume group activities beginning the first week of January 2027.
