Prior to her extraordinary and iconic halftime show performance during this year’s Super Bowl, Lady Gaga’s commercial for Tiffany’s & Co aired, giving us a million reasons to love the pop star more than we already do.
The 60-second advertisement, created by former Vogue director Grace Coddington features the “Born This Way” singer discussing the feeling of empowerment and her own creative roots. During the minute run, Tiffany displays a new collection titled HardWear, which is available for pre-order beginning today.
Sunday marked the first time in 20 years that Tiffany featured a commercial during football’s glorified evening. The famed jewelry company has been designing and producing the Super Bowl winners’ trophy since 1967.
“In New York, you’re born knowing that Tiffany is the best, and that it is where the magic happens. The Brand is definitive and iconic, yet continues to push and evolve with the times,” Gaga said in a statement, adding that the brand represents “timeless American jewelry.”
