One of the best upcoming alternative bands, LANY, is proving to have a big 2016. They just announced their first headlining tour, the Makeout Tour (whose tickets went on sale today), with multiple dates selling out. They are playing alot of iconic venues on the tour including the Troubadour, in West Hollywood.
For those of you who haven’t heard of LANY, you definitely should. They are a very talented group who have a chill alternative vibe. Two of my personal favorites are ILYSB and Walk Away, which you can listen to via their Spotify here.
Other artists are catching onto the rising stars as well. The group starts their headlining tour with Aussie Troye Sivan across the United States. Later on in the Spring, they will be touring Europe, opening up for Ellie Goulding.
