Irish beauty Laura Whitmore has quit her role as the presenter of the ITV 2 spin off show I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now!.
The pretty blonde presenter has hosted the fun sister show to ITV 1’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!, for five series, but has now decided to quit, so she can focus on new projects.
Laura Whitmore released a statement revealing her reasons behind her shock exit, saying:
“After 5 incredible series working with my extended I’m A Celeb family, I’ve taken the tough decision to hang up my jungle boots. It’s been such a wonderful experience but I feel it’s time to move on. I wish the team well and look forward to tuning in later this year as well as continuing my work with ITV on other shows.” (sic)
The 30-year-old has lots of other commitments, including her jewellery collection and her presenting role on MTV.
Whitmore is now the favourite to replace Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom as the presenter of X Factor’s spin off show, XTRA Factor.
