As anticipation for her upcoming ‘One Night Only’ show at London’s O2 Arena reaches fever pitch, country music superstar LeAnn Rimes has announced Scottish singer/songwriter Nina Nesbitt will serve as one of many special guest performers on the evening.
Marking Rimes first gig on British soil in six years, as well as the end of her super successful The Story… So Far Tour, the one-off gig is set to take place on Wednesday, May 8th 2024, and will see the ‘Life Goes On’ singer reflect upon her incredible career to this point, revisiting songs from her vast catalogue, and performing highly personal new singles ‘awakening’ and ’spaceships’ in what promises to be an unforgettable night.
Commenting on the show, LeAnn says via a press release: “Performing at London’s O2 Arena is the stuff of dreams, I’m so excited!! I love the UK and can’t wait to make my return and reunite with all my fans. Come and join me for one special night!”
The announcement follows the big news that LeAnn and McFly stars Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones are to join the 2024 coaching line up for The Voice UK.
Rimes, who is best known for hits such as ‘Can’t Fight The Moonlight’ and ‘How Do I Live’, said she was “truly excited and grateful” to be joining “an epic panel of coaches”.
“Being able to work with and nurture emerging, vibrant talent in the UK represents a new chapter of my heartfelt connection with the wonderful fans I’ve had deep ties with for decades,” the Grammy-winning singer added.
“I’m looking forward to offering my heart and guidance, sharing what I’ve learned through my own musical journey, and discovering the extraordinary talent that the UK is renowned for.”
