Liam Payne is going home. The Familiar singer is set to perform a gig in his hometown of Wolverhampton, at Wolverhampton Racecourse.
It will be the first gig Liam has performed in his hometown since going solo, and his first one back in the city since he performed there with One Direction nine years ago. There were massive queues for tickets last time Liam performed at the Civic Hall back in December 2011.
The capacity for the upcoming gig at Dunstall Park is 20,000. What a way to spend a perfect summer day in August, watching The Stack It Up singer perform in his hometown, the August 22nd gig is sure to be a very special gig for Liam.
Last year he released his debut solo album LP1, we are sure fans who attend the show will hear many of their favourite tracks from it.
Tickets go on pre-sale at 10 am on Wednesday. General sale begins Friday at 10 am here. Tickets are priced at £35 for adults, £25 for children and under-fives going in free. The ticket price includes access to the Saturday afternoon of racing which starts at 2.20 pm before the music begins at 6.30 pm.
