Rising star Mabel made her debut solo appearance on Radio 1’s Live Lounge yesterday (March 6). She blew us all away with a performance of her new single ‘Fine Line’ (featuring Not3s) and a stunning cover of Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’.
First up was ‘Fine Line’, with Mabel delivering a confident performance of her latest hit. Whilst Not3s wasn’t present, the songstress stepped up to cover his part. This is the pair’s second track together after Mabel featured on Not3s’ ‘My Lover (Remix)’.
In true Live Lounge fashion, Mabel also performed a cover and opted for Coldplay’s iconic track, ‘Fix You’. The cover allows her to show off her sultry vocals – we can’t get enough of it.
2018 looks set to be a sensational year for Mabel. In addition to the release of ‘Fine Line’ and ‘My Lover’, she also features on ‘Cigarette’ with her fellow feisty females Raye and Stefflon Don. Just last week, she was also awarded the Rising Star trophy at the first ever Global Awards.
On Sunday, she will head out on tour with Harry Styles. She will be supporting him across Europe and the UK before kicking off her very own headline tour, which includes her biggest show to date at London’s Kentish Town Forum on April 25
