The world may know her from the emotional movie “Selena,” in which Jennifer Lopez played the title character, but to the rest of her fan base, she is a musical icon who will never be replicated. Now, those fans can wear lipstick and other beauty essentials inspired by the legendary songstress.
Long before crop tops and sequin bras became mainstream, Selena was the proud owner of glamorous stage outfits that helped her shine like the true star that she was. Many of those outfits were designed by Selena herself. Although the Selena inspired MAC collection won’t be making its way to stores until 2016, it’s a safe bet to assume that the line will be as colorful and radiating as was the singer.
