Madison Olds has today (October 16th) shared her intoxicating new single titled ‘Bad Thing’.
The track is a concretion of entrancing synths, pensive lyrics and head-bopping rhythms, and is the artist’s third single this year following hot on the heels of ‘Best Part of Me’ and ‘3’S A Crowd’.

Explaining the lyrics to the track, Madison said: “It’s a flirtatious tale of a girl who fights herself from falling for someone who may or may not be trouble, even though their attraction to one another have her going crazy.”
She added: “My music comes from personal experience where I had to learn and grow on my own. My hope is that people can hear my story and relate to it by reflecting on the uniqueness, and their own story.”
The Kamloops, BC-based singer-songwriter released her debut album, ‘Blue’, back in 2019 and has been riding the crest of a wave ever since, with support slots for the likes of Willie Nelson, Kacey Musgraves and Neon Dreams tucked nicely under her belt. She also grabbed a well-deserved spot in the Top 10 of CBC Searchlight 2019.
Things are looking very promising indeed for this young (22-years-old) artist and to be along for the ride is a treat worth savouring.
