Alternative indie Queen Maggie Lindemann exonerates all of her emotional demons this week, with the unveiling of her latest single ‘deprecating’ – a powerful and striking punk-rock anthem featuring American singer-songwriter siiickbrain.
Serving as Maggie’s first offering of new music since the release of her debut album ‘SUCKERPUNCH’ back in 2022, the electrifying track (produced by Andrew Migliore and Maxwell Urasky) sees the Texas native tackle themes of manipulation, deception, and the aftermath of a toxic relationship.
Commenting on the song, the ‘Pretty Girl’ singer says: “deprecating is about being manipulated. It’s about someone who is constantly installing a false narrative in your head. You’re trying to live your own life, and they are just constantly installing a fear in you to keep you from living.”
