British YouTuber Marcus Butler has recently taken a 5 Seconds of Summer music video challenge and, depending on your point of view, he’s either aced or bombed it.

“We are seeing if I can identify the 5 Seconds of Summer music video from the screencap,” says Marcus, explaining what the challenge is to his audience. (He uses this BuzzFeed quiz for the challenge.)
As for the results, Marcus earned himself 5 out of 10 correct — which perhaps is a little less than one would have hoped for.
“I know some of their songs, and (of) the songs that I know, I like. I’m just not a huge fan,” says Marcus at the beginning of the video, explaining to viewers that his unfamiliarity with 5SOS songs is not because he dislikes the Aussie band. “When I saw them live, they were really really awesome.”
Sure, one could argue that a 5 out of 10 score justifies a few side eye emojis. However, given the fact that Marcus is only familiar with a couple of songs, getting 50% correct isn’t really that bad. It’s actually a bit impressive given the fact that he was able to correctly guess the screencap for “Try Hard”, one of 5 Seconds of Summer’s oldest music videos and songs.
“I’m not like a hardcore fan, so considering that, I think I did pretty good,” says Marcus approvingly.
