Norwegian pop duo and young stars, Marcus & Martinus, have finished their support shows on Jason Derulo’s 2Sides World Tour.
The ‘Invited’-singers were invited on the American superstar’s journey across Europe to open shows with their lively, polished pop performances. After six weeks on the road, travelling to cities including Paris, Madrid, Barcelona and Prague, the 16-year-old twins have finally returned home.

The duo thanked Derulo and his crew on their Instagram story for “a great experience and a chapter full of great memories to hold on to for the future”.
They went on to say, “You are a big inspiration to us. We are humble and thankful that you included us on your tour. To watch you and your great team of musicians and dancers, and the rest of your crew – all so talented people – work so hard everyday: that inspires us and makes us want to work even harder.”
Marcus & Martinus then thanked their fan-base, the ‘MMers’, for all their “love and support”. They posted: “Meeting you at the airports, outside our hotels and looking at all of you from stage – its the best feeling. We really appreciate everyone of you. Thanks for taking your time and thanks for being part of this #MMFamily. We are living our dream because of you. And for that we are forever grateful. Much love to you all. Take care of each other.”
The boys finished with a post reminding fans to “support one another in life, be nice and kind to the people around you” and “treat others how you want to be treated”.

Supporting Derulo seems to have been a valuable experience for the already proven duo, whose live show is reminiscent of Derulo’s own. Marcus & Martinus’ upbeat Scandinavian sound, live band and choreography have fast become the duo’s trademark. The youngsters’ fans have had a huge presence at Derulo’s live show, a rare and hard feat to achieve for a support act. They were gifted to hit singles such as ‘Girls’ and ‘Make You Believe’, as well as latest single ‘Invited’ and unreleased tracks.
After time recording in New York, and following last month’s release of ‘Invited’, it looks to be an exciting year ahead for Marcus & Martinus fans!
