Fans attending McFly’s EPIC 21st birthday headline show at the O2 Arena in London last night were left speechless when pop rock legends Busted stormed the stage to announce they will be going head to head on tour with Danny, Dougie, Harry and Tom next year!
In what looks set to be one of the most spectacular shows of 2025, the Busted vs McFly Tour will see the two super groups visit some of the UK’s biggest and best venues, to play a back-to-back selection of their most loved hits.
Scheduled to kick off in Birmingham at the bp pulse Live arena on September 16th, the month long jaunt will see the lads visit London, Cardiff, Sheffield, Leeds, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham, Manchester, and Dublin before wrapping up proceedings in Belfast at the SE Arena on October 21st.
Tickets for the unmissable tour go on sale via artist pre-sale from 9am on 16th October here, and general tickets are on sale on 18th October at 9am here.

In a statement, McFly say of the upcoming shows and their pop ‘rivals’: “Busted gatecrashed our show last night (not cool), and challenged us to a VS tour next year. They’re old men now, and we are gonna blow them and their carers off the stage next year. We’ve had a great time celebrating our 21st birthday this week and next year is going to be even better – P.S Busted Suck.
With Busted adding: “There’s been a lot of talk recently… this is where the talking ends! We are ready to show who is the better band once and for all. McFly suck and Busted Rock!”
